Service Guidelines

Refusal of Service
Health and safety stand paramount at Nail Lounge. The salon reserves the right to refuse service in cases of open or infected wounds on the treatment area, suspected contagious nail conditions, or overall ill health. Clients with diabetes won’t be allowed cutting services due to health considerations. Remember that at Nail Lounge – kindness matters!
Customer Conduct
Courtesy and respect remain integral facets of our salon culture. We ask all customers show respect towards both staff members and other patrons alike. Rude or disrespectful behaviors are not welcome here.
Refunds & Repairs
While refunds will not be provided, your satisfaction is our priority. Should there be any issues such as scratched or misshaped nails within 24 hours of your visit, reach out immediately so corrective action can be taken within 3 days of your initial service. This applies only to gel polish and dipping powder services. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Post-Service Satisfaction
At Nail Lounge we value communication – should you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of your visit, notify us during your appointment so immediate resolutions can occur.
Appointment Cancellations
To effectively serve all patrons at Nail Lounge, cancellations must occur no later than 24 hours before an appointment time.
Deposit Policy for New Group Bookings
For new customers booking a service for a group, a deposit of $50 per person is required to secure the appointment spots. This deposit is non-refundable for no-shows. If the group attends their scheduled appointment, the total deposit amount will be subtracted from their final service bill.
Walk-Out Acceptance
Departing from our salon signifies satisfaction with the provided service. We're grateful for those who express approval and appreciate our services.
Gratuity Handling
At Nail Lounge we greatly value your patronage – should you wish to reward our staff for their hard work? We kindly ask that you assist us by providing your much treasured gratuity/tips in cash. Thank you for understanding.
